Do you keep a copy of my processed files?
No, your files remain yours. They are temporarily stored for up to 2 hours for download purposes and are then permanently deleted from our servers. You can also manually delete them after processing. Files are never checked, copied, or analyzed.
Are my files secure?
Yes. All uploads use HTTPS/SSL encryption for security. End-to-end encryption is also applied to maintain privacy. Our service complies with strict data protection regulations.
What are the system requirements?
Our tools run smoothly on most modern browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. If you encounter issues, try using Incognito mode.
Why didn’t I receive my confirmation email?
Emails should arrive immediately, but delays can occur. If you don’t receive it within 30 minutes, check your Spam/Trash folder or contact support.
How can I upload my files?
You can drag and drop files onto the upload area or select them manually. You may also import files from cloud storage services.
